You have 30 minutes after payment to cancel for a full refund. Simply click the cancellation link in your order confirmation email. After 30 minutes, orders cannot be cancelled as they're submitted for printing. For exceptional circumstances, please email us at support@catnipped.com.
No, orders cannot be modified once placed. However, within the 30-minute cancellation window, you can cancel your order for a full refund and place a new one with the correct customization. Damaged or defective cards: We'll replace or refund cards damaged in shipping or with printing defects. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Changed your mind: Cards are custom-printed to order and cannot be returned for buyer's remorse. Please review your customization carefully before ordering.
Our error: If we printed the wrong message, color, or design, we'll reprint and ship a replacement at no charge.
